Delivery & Collection Policy

1.         Delivery

(a)       Delivery will be made by one of Our delivery partners, AusPost or Startrack, to the address nominated by You and must be signed for at the time of delivery.  If You are not available to sign for Your delivery We will not leave the Goods unattended and You will receive a notice to collect from Your local post office.

(b)       We do not deliver to PO Boxes or third party shipping companies.

(c)       Goods will normally be shipped within 48 hours of Your Order being placed however during busy sale periods, whilst We will make all reasonable effort to ship Your Order within this timeframe there may be some delays due to the volume or Orders received.  You will receive a shipping notification one the Goods are dispatched to you.

(d)       Title and risk for the Goods will pass to You upon delivery to Your nominated address or once collected from Your local post office where applicable.

(e)       Whilst We will use all endeavours to meet estimated delivery timeframes, they are estimates only and We do not guarantee delivery within these estimated timeframes.  Where there is a delay in delivery You will be notified in writing and provided with a new estimated delivery timeframe.

2.         Click & Collect

(a)      When submitting Your Order You may have the option to select click & collect for certain Goods.  If You select this option we will reserve the Goods purchased upon payment being completed.

(b)      Once the Goods are ready for collection you will receive an email and/or SMS notification and you will be able to attend during our business hours to collect.

(c)      When you do attend to collect the Goods You:

(i)        will be required to present the email or SMS notification You received to collect the Goods; and

(ii)       will be required to present sufficient photo identification to allow Us to verify You are the purchaser of the Goods; and

(iii)      may be requested to show the method of payment is registered to You and Your signature may be checked to ensure it matches.

If You are unable to attend personally to collect the Goods then You may nominate someone to collect the Goods for you.  If you select a nominee to collect on your behalf then You will need to provide their full name and phone number and your nominee will be required to present a copy of the email or SMS notification to collect the Goods together with sufficient photo identification to allow Us to verify they are the named nominee.

In the event You or your nominee are unable to meet the above requirements We reserve the right to refuse to release the Goods until You or your nominee are able to meet these requirements.

(d)      Goods must be collected within 7 days of notification that Your Goods are ready to be collected otherwise We will cancel the Order and refund payment for the Goods.
